Actor, Writer Producer Lorenzo Antonucci was born in Brooklyn, NY and spent his younger years living in Queens. His calling at the time was touring internationally with the band Sworn Enemy, formed in 1997. Sworn Enemy was in the hardcore punk scene with albums such as: As Real As It Gets (2003 Elektra), The Beginning Of The End (2006 Century Media), and others. Throughout his music career, Antonucci was always told his personality was such a strong character, and that he had a lot of potential for acting. Acting upon this encouragement and his own inspiration, Antonucci was given the opportunity to move into Hollywood by one his closest friends to pursue wrestling and acting. Being 37-40 and trying to infiltrate the film industry lead to many challenges, but perseverance and positive thinking led to Antonucci landing major roles in productions. His passion, stemming from his Puerto-Rican Italian energy, led to him getting roles in the Indie circuit: a comedy What Now (2015), Deet ‘n Bax Save The World (2015), 4 episodes of Days of our Lives (2016-2017) and A Haunting at Silver Falls 2 (2019) to build his career.
Lorenzo is also featured in Paradise City starring big names such as Bella Thorne, Cameron Boyce, Drea de Matteo, Perry Reeves, Mark Boone Jr. Ryan Hurst, Booboo Stewart. Lorenzo is an Executive Producer on the series, actor, and one of the writers, which currently has 8 completed episodes. The storyline is “The lives of a rock star who seems to have it all and a young rookie kid who idolizes him collide through their broken homes built by the music business.” Other film and TV releases Lorenzo is currently working with and guest-starred in are the following: Shooting for a pilot in Dec 2020 (TBD) called Scarlett, based off of the best seller with Lorenzo playing Steven Bauer’s son; The Free Fall (2019), an Independent Horror film starring: Andrea Londo & Shawn Ahsmore (set to release 2020); Episode 5 Season 8 of Game Of Thrones (2019) alongside Aaron Rodgers and two episodes of Ballers (2018) on HBO alongside Dwayne Johnson.
Lorenzo also serves as VP of Business Development and A&R at a media company (Sumerian Records & Films). He was also Co-Owner of a recording studio in Salzburg Austria (RockHard Studio). In 2020 now, Antonucci is working on many incredible projects on and off the screen. His most recent notable project is his lead role (Michael Stone) in the series “Cracka”, directed and written by Dale Resteghini, coming out as a TV pilot in late 2020 on Amazon Prime, iTunes, and Google Play, which portrays a world where “a white supremacist gets thrust back in time where the African Americans rule and whites are the slaves - starring Lorenzo Antonucci, Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Saigon, Kathrine Cates and James Darnel, the trailer to this film is being released on Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day. To quote Lorenzo, “Everyday should be freedom day,” his passion shows through in everything he does.
